I don't know what is your problem in retiring
at the age of 60. Usually, the house rules or bylaws
provide for that . Some newspapers even provide for
early retirement. The main laws applicable to
journalists are the WORKING
JOURNALISTS AND OTHER NEWSPAPER EMPLOYEES (CONDITION
OF SERVICE) AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS ACT, 1955;
the WORKING
JOURNALISTS (CONDITIONS OF SERVICE ) AND MISCELLANEOUS
PROVISIONS RULES, 1957 and the INDUSTRIAL
DISPUTES ACT, 1947.

your biodata the more I wish I had known about you years
ago (my ignorance)I have gone to hell and backwards here
with so many issues from bad accountants to legal
battles against rampant trickery and corruption and
pollution near my hotel. I win cases but cannot win
justice as there is no accountability, so a rogue who
has cheated me lost the case has an arrest warrant
against him still goes free!! Now it is too late, heart
broken I just want to run away never to return.You
